Working in the childcare sector for 15 years from direct care of children to coaching and management roles – Sharon will say that there is no job more important, than the one each of us do.
Sharon recently returned to Rockmybaby® after working in the COVID response team in work focused management, which has given her a new perspective of the challenges that face people in our current environment and that we are indeed a nation of solution-based thinkers and building resilience.
