Training Opportunities

Rockmybaby® has a variety of training and professional development opportunities happening in each region, the facilitation of which is driven by the needs and feedback of our educators.

Our visiting teachers look at the needs of both children and educators and plan ahead for learning opportunities. We pride ourselves on being responsive to you and your child’s needs.

Topics covered in training include, but are not limited to:

  • Healthy eating workshops for educators and parents
  • Child play interest planning
  • Play resource making
  • Infant brain development

We use a variety of training mediums to suit different learners:

  • Face to face support
  • Online learning tools
  • Audio visual
  • Group collaboration and focus groups.

We also collaborate with external agencies in the healthcare and education sectors to access research-based material and courses, facilitated by professionals in these fields. Regardless of what service you use with Rockmybaby®, these opportunities are available to you.

Community access and participation is important to us. Where numbers permit, we offer places to the wider community for our in-house courses, workshops and events.

We also aim to regularly provide events and workshops that are open to the community to support the government strategic plan of engaging participation in healthcare and education. If you are interested in knowing more about what we offer in your area, please email us.
