With years of experience, Lesley is passionate about noticing and extending children’s interests and learning dispositions in her warm and friendly home-away-from-home learning environment.

She provides an action-packed program and offers endless beautiful resources and experiences to the children in her care. Lesley loves getting creative with her children with a range of arts and crafts. She is committed and highly passionate about her career, in the early childhood sector, and is always finding new and fun things for the children to learn and engage with.

Lesley has many community activities in her programme, including play groups, active movement classes, and a music class. Lesley also makes the most of the wonderful community experiences around Hawkes Bay, with parks and nature walks.

Lesley enjoys documenting learning and development opportunities, uses Storypark so family and extended family can see learning experiences during the day. Lesley takes a great deal of pride presenting learning experience and purposefully setting up her learning environment for positive learning outcomes for children.
